Owner & Manager, AKA Poppa Wolff
Phillip N. Violette Sr. started in the auto sales industry in 1989 as a salesman and quickly rose to the ranks of management as the general manager of several auto dealerships in the Connecticut and New Jersey areas. After almost 20 years in the auto business, a venture into the music world was next. Still working in the retail auto field to this day, he has built what has now become one of the area’s largest entertainment companies. He is the proud owner of Wolff Productions and owner/president of the recently-formed ffloW Records, a recording company based in Pomfret Center, Connecticut. Wolff Productions is northeast Connecticut’s largest DJ, karaoke, and live entertainment booking and promotional company, with expansion throughout New England planned in 2015. Wolff Productions currently manages, books, and promotes over 40 area bands and solo artists including Desiree Bassett, former lead guitar player for the Cirque de Soleil “Michael Jackson – Immortal” Tour, and was instrumental in the launch of TMG recording artist Steve Daggett’s musical career with fflow Records providing the funding, producing, and mastering of his world-wide country CD release entitled “End of the Street”. Within the last few years, the company has been increasingly involved with both the Miss and Mrs. America pageants and many other local Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts beauty pageants as both a celebrity judge and also to provide sound, lighting, and music for the event, the highlight of which was being a celebrity judge for the critically-acclaimed “Legends of the Crown” series which aired on Bravo TV during the summer of 2014.
